400 Kg Fish Sold for 30,000 in Anakapalli District
Fishermen from Jalaripaleni, a suburb of Pudimadaka in Achyutapuram mandal of Anakapalle district, caught a huge fish on Saturday. The fisherman, who had gone fishing in the sea on a boat, was unable to pull it into the boat after the huge fish got caught in his net. He tied it with a rope and brought it to the shore in the water. The fishermen say it is a ‘Kithalam’ fish. The traders bought this fish, which weighs about 400 kg, for Rs. 30,000.
