A Golden Era for Bhadrachalam and Basara Temples
Telangana: Tenders have been finalized for the development of two of the state's prominent pilgrimage sites: the Bhadrachalam and Basara temples. Accordingly, development works worth ₹586 crore will be undertaken at Bhadrachalam, and works worth ₹225 crore at the Basara temple complex. Officials aim to ensure that full-fledged amenities are made available by the time of the upcoming Godavari Pushkarams festival. It is noteworthy that CM Revanth Reddy recently performed the *Bhoomi Puja* (groundbreaking ceremony) for the reconstruction of the Gnana Saraswati Temple in Basara.
