The name ‘Salt Typhoon’ is frightening America. Security experts fear that this Chinese cyber gang has hacked the data of every citizen in America. It is said that this gang has targeted 200 companies in 80 countries since 2019. The NYT article states that this massive attack shows China’s hacking capabilities. It alleges that the Chinese government is funding them.
