Burkholderia Pseudomallei Identified
Guntur: The mystery surrounding the unexplained deaths in Turakapalem, Guntur Rural Mandal is being solved! Medical sources have suspected that the main cause of these deaths is the Burkholderia pseudomallei bacteria. Guntur Medical College and GGH doctors are collecting blood samples from fever victims in Turakapalem and conducting blood culture tests in the microbiology lab. In this context, it was found on Sunday that a patient undergoing treatment at GGH had Burkholderia pseudomallei bacteria.
