Chaganti Koteshwara Rao Honored with National Literary Award
Visakhapatnam: Prominent orator and state government advisor Brahmashri Chaganti Koteswara Rao has received the Kopparapu Kavula National Talent Award. Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Justice NV Ramana was the chief guest at the 23rd anniversary celebrations of the Kopparapu Kavula Kalapeetham held at the Kala Bharathi Auditorium in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday and presented the award to Chaganti. Speaking on the occasion, Justice Ramana expressed his hope that our mother tongue Telugu would flourish as long as the five elements exist.
