Crucial Step Forward for Upper Bhadra!
New Delhi: The issues for adjudication have been finalized in the key Supreme Court case concerning the construction of Karnataka's Upper Bhadra project, which falls outside the purview of the Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal (KWDT) award. The apex court decided to hear arguments on seven primary points regarding the original suit filed by the Andhra Pradesh government against the Karnataka government, challenging the project's construction. In doing so, the court took into consideration the draft proposals jointly submitted by both Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
