Encounter... Seven Maoists, including Prabhakar, killed
Seven Maoists were killed in an encounter in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra. Among them were four female Maoists and Prabhakar from Kamareddy district. He was the head of the Gadchiroli Divisional Committee and had a reward of Rs. 50 lakhs on his head. One policeman also died in the exchange of fire. The encounter took place in the Fadewa forest area of Bhamragarh taluka.
