Field Assistants Request Job Security in Rural Development Department
Amaravati: While there are about 10,000 field assistants working in the employment scheme across the state, only 3,000 staff are FTE (Fixed Tenure Employees), and representatives of field assistants have appealed to Deputy Chief Minister OSD Venkatakrishna to make the rest FTEs and provide job security. It has been decided to hold a meeting with the employment staff of each cadre every day and discuss it.
