NPN Log

Consuming a diet rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and proteins—along with vitamins D and K—from childhood helps maintain bone density in adulthood. Foods such as milk, curd, paneer, ghee, whole grains, pulses, leafy vegetables, and fresh fruits should be included in one's diet. Drumstick leaves are highly beneficial for strengthening bones; consuming a curry made from them regularly is recommended. Frequent consumption of carrots and oranges also helps increase bone density.
