Gold for women in 4x100m relay
The Indian women's team clinched the gold medal in the 4x100m relay at the Asian Relay Championships. In the final held on Sunday, the Indian quartet comprising Srabani Nanda, SS Sneha, Sudeshna Shivankar, and Tamanna finished at the top with a time of 43.85 seconds. Meanwhile, Indian teams secured silver in the mixed 4x400m relay and bronze in the mixed 4x100m relay. The team comprising Teertha Shetty, Poovamma, Bharat Sridhar, and Neeru Pathak finished second in the 4x400m event with a time of 3 minutes 17.06 seconds.
