He’s a Master Conman... Duped 500 Women!
Delhi Police have arrested an individual who defrauded women by creating fake profiles on social media platforms and dating apps. Anand (35), a native of Bengal, introduced himself to different women under various guises—claiming to be a doctor, a film producer, a model, or a businessman. Once he had established a close rapport with them, he extorted a total of ₹2 crores by citing medical emergencies or by threatening to leak their private photos. He has defrauded nearly 500 young women.
