Houseboats in Vijayawada's Krishna River!
Andhra Pradesh: The government is formulating plans for the development of the tourism sector. It is planning to operate Kerala-style luxury houseboats in the Krishna River in Vijayawada. These will include air conditioning, luxury bedrooms, attached bathrooms, and dining space. Special attention will be given to the safety of tourists, including life jackets. There is a possibility of introducing 20 houseboats in the first phase. Special packages will be available for overnight stays.
