India is a Democracy, Not a Colony
Film actor and Rajya Sabha member Kamal Haasan gave a strong retort to American billionaire and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. "Billionaires should not dictate a country's policies—whether they are American or Indian," he emphasized. He asserted that India is a democracy, not a colony. He stated that India recognizes networks and spectrums not merely as commercial assets, but as strategic infrastructure. Kamal made it clear on 'X' that there is no room for compromise regarding India's national security.
