Inflow Increases in Several AP Reservoirs; Officials Issue Alert
Amaravati: Meteorological Department officials revealed that a depression is currently centered over the southern Odisha region. They stated that the depression is moving in a north-northwesterly direction and is likely to weaken into a low-pressure area by tomorrow morning. Due to the depression, there is a possibility of extremely heavy rainfall in Chhattisgarh and Odisha today (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday). Officials also indicated that extremely heavy rain is expected at one or two places in the North Coastal districts today.
