US President Trump said that Israel's attack on Qatar was unfortunate. "This is the decision of Israeli PM Netanyahu. Not mine. Ending Hamas is a worthy goal, but attacking Qatar will not advance that goal. I will not allow such an attack to happen again. This war must end. Netanyahu also wants peace," he said. The White House had earlier announced that Trump did not support the attack on Qatar.
