Jinnah and Savarkar divided the country: Digvijay Singh
Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh criticized Mohammad Ali Jinnah (founder of Pakistan) and Hindu ideologue VD Savarkar for dividing the country into two in 1947. If they did that then, today the BJP is dividing cities and those around them, he said. They were angry that BLOs were collecting citizenship certificates in the name of SIR.
