Kodali Nani Moves High Court
Amaravati: Former minister and YCP leader Kodali Nani has filed a petition in the High Court challenging the legality of G.O. 801, issued by the Principal Secretary of the Home Department on the 18th of this month. This order granted permission for prosecution in a case registered against him for making inappropriate and derogatory remarks—during the YCP government's tenure—against the then State Election Commissioner and Opposition Leader Chandrababu. He has requested the court to declare the said G.O. unconstitutional and illegal, and to set it aside.
