Liquor Shop Lottery on the 5th
Amaravati: The Excise Department has rescheduled the lottery for liquor shops. It was decided to conduct the lottery on October 3rd instead of the 30th of this month, as originally scheduled. Changes were made to the application and lottery process due to the extension of the shop renewal deadline. Applications for shops that were not renewed will be accepted from Thursday until October 1st. The lottery will be held on the 5th to select licensees. However, the Excise Department has decided to conduct the lottery only if a minimum of 10 applications are received per shop.
