Ministers Nimmala and Narayana Review Rain Situation
Amaravati: Water Resources Minister Nimmala Rama Naidu directed officials to undertake flood control measures in the wake of heavy rains. He instructed them to remain constantly vigilant and monitor rainfall and flood conditions from the 'war room'. On Thursday, he held a teleconference from the Vijayawada camp office with irrigation engineering officials, joined by Special Chief Secretary Shashi Bhushan Kumar, Command Area Development Commissioner Prashanthi, Government Advisor M. Venkateswara Rao, and ESC Narasimha Murthy.
