National Recognition for Pochammawada School
Yadadri: Under the aegis of the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development, the Pochammawada Zilla Parishad High School—located in the town of Yadagirigutta—secured the top prize in a nationwide competition held on the theme, "Tobacco-Free Educational Institutions/Schools: Challenges." School teachers and students participated in these competitions, which were held online during the months of August and September last year. They undertook various initiatives to raise awareness about the adverse effects of tobacco consumption and subsequently uploaded the details of these activities online.
