Order to release Rs. 303 crore overseas scholarships
Telangana: Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka has ordered the finance department officials to immediately release Rs. 303 crore of pending overseas scholarship dues of SC, ST, BC, OC and minority students. He said that the pending scholarship amount from 2022 should be cleared at once. Bhatti said that this will provide financial assistance of Rs. 20 lakh to each student and reduce their mental stress.
