Prioritize farmers when carrying out work
Sadashivpet: TPCC Working President Jagga Reddy has instructed Irrigation Department officials to complete the Gangakathva canal project with the interests of farmers in mind, rather than focusing on the interests of the contractors. With the modernization of the Gangakathva canal set to begin at a cost of Rs 37 crore, Jagga Reddy inspected the canal—located in the Sadashivpet mandal of Sangareddy district—alongside officials, local public representatives, and farmers. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized that the work should be undertaken with the primary goal of benefiting the farmers.
