Release water from Jurala immediately
Hyderabad: BJP State President N. Ramchander Rao demanded that CM Revanth Reddy immediately release water from the Jurala project to meet the irrigation needs of farmers in the Krishna ayacut. He suggested that, if necessary, the CM should hold discussions with his Karnataka counterpart to secure the release of water from the Almatti and Narayanpur dams. Speaking to the media at the BJP office on Monday, he announced that a delegation from his party, accompanied by irrigation department engineers, would visit the Jurala project on Tuesday.
