Robots Making Robots!
In Rajinikanth’s movie *Robo*, the character 'Chitti' clones himself to create hundreds of identical robots. Xpeng, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, has taken a significant step toward making this a reality. The company recently announced the launch of a state-of-the-art production facility—the first of its kind globally—where robots manufacture other robots. It revealed that over 80 percent of the robot manufacturing process at this Guangzhou-based facility is automated.
