Running 32 km Daily for ‘Biker’!
Actor Sharwanand revealed that, for two years leading up to the movie *Biker*, his daily routine began even before sunrise. He mentioned that, at one point while preparing for his character in the film, he would run and walk a total of 32 kilometers every day. He added that he also practiced yoga and pranayama. Consequently, he stated that he lost up to 7 kilograms. Furthermore, he noted that he shed even more weight as he gained a deeper understanding of the 'biker' character. *Biker* is scheduled for release on April 3rd.
