Schedule for Free Admissions in Private Schools
Andhra Pradesh: Under the RTE Act, 25% of seats in private schools are reserved free of charge for children from poor and backward classes. As part of this, the schedule for admission to the 1st grade for the 2026-27 academic year has been released. School data on the portal will be updated from February 6th to 16th. Student registration will take place from February 20th to March 10th. SSA Director Srinivas Rao stated that seats will be allocated to students through the first phase of the lottery on March 25th.
