Sexual Harassment at the National Police Academy
Hyderabad: Allegations of sexual harassment at the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Police Academy have sparked a controversy. A female IPS officer undergoing training lodged a complaint with the Attapur police on Sunday, alleging sexual harassment and intimidation by a fellow trainee officer. Following the complaint, the police registered a case under various sections of the BNS. Hyderabad Police Commissioner Sajjanar stated that a full-scale investigation into the incident is underway and that appropriate action will be taken after recording the female officer's statement.
