Steamed Rice for Public Distribution as a Pilot Project
Mangalagiri: State Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, Nadendla Manohar, stated that the state government is prepared to distribute steamed rice through the Public Distribution System (PDS) and that discussions with the Central government regarding this matter are in the final stages. On Monday, he inspected the Akshaya Patra centralized kitchen near Mangalagiri in Guntur district.
