Suffering is evident... but who is responsible?
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari's comments that he developed an allergy after staying in Delhi for three days are an example of the suffering of the people of Delhi. But who is responsible for this engulfing pollution? Whose responsibility is it to control it? Governments are working with political agendas and giving counter-arguments as if it's not their fault, but they are not providing concrete solutions. They are treating it as a seasonal issue instead of taking it seriously like a war. If they did, the severity would surely decrease.
