Symptoms of Manganese Deficiency in Plants – Prevention
Manganese deficiency is clearly visible in sugarcane and lemon orchards. This causes yellow or pale spots on the leaves which gradually turn white. The leaves curl downwards and become like an inverted bowl. These deficiency symptoms can be easily identified on the leaves. For prevention, the deficiency can be prevented by spraying 0.1 percent manganese sulphate solution twice a week.
