Viveka murder case trial postponed again
Andhra Pradesh: The Supreme Court has once again adjourned the hearing of the Viveka murder case. The bench had earlier ordered the CBI to file an affidavit on whether further investigation is necessary or not. Additional Solicitor General SV Raju, who appeared in the court on behalf of the CBI today, sought more time to file the affidavit. With this, the court adjourned the hearing to the 16th of this month.
