The first blow to the Congress party is in Jubilee Hills: KTR
Telangana: The Congress party will be dealt its first blow by BRS in the Jubilee Hills by-election, party leader KTR said at Telangana Bhavan. The second blow will be dealt in Rajendranagar or Khairatabad. He criticized MLA Kadiyam Srihari for being in the unfortunate position of not being able to say which party he belongs to. He clarified that by-elections are certain in the defected seats. He challenged the Congress party to come to the by-election if they dare.
