19% Growth in BOI Profits
Mumbai:** For the fourth quarter ending in March, Bank of India (BOI) announced a consolidated net profit of ₹3,087.76 crore. This represents an increase of 18.67 percent compared to the net profit earned by the bank during the same quarter of the previous financial year (₹2,601.98 crore). For the full financial year 2025-26, the bank reported a net profit of ₹10,527 crore. Furthermore, for the financial year 2025-26, the bank's Board of Directors recommended a dividend of ₹4.65 per equity share with a face value of ₹10.
