14-Hour Waiting Time for Srivari Darshan
Crowds of devotees continue to persist in Tirumala. Due to the weekend, there has been a sudden surge in the number of devotees visiting Tirumala. The area surrounding the Srivari temple, as well as the Mada Streets, the Laddu distribution center, Akilandam, major junctions, reception counters, and Kalyanakattas (tonsuring centers), appear heavily crowded. Crowds on the pedestrian routes have not subsided. All 31 compartments in the Vaikuntam Queue Complex-2 and the 9 sheds in Narayanagiri are filled to capacity, causing the queue line to extend all the way to the area between the Silathoranam and the Batagangamma Temple. Devotees currently face a waiting time of approximately 14 hours for *Darshan*.
