Amaravati: Water Resources Minister Nimmala Rama Naidu stated that irrigation projects had suffered devastation during the previous administration's tenure. He noted that since the alliance government assumed power, all projects have been put back on track and are nearing fruition under the leadership of Chief Minister Chandrababu. He announced that 36 priority projects, costing ₹35,588 crore, would be completed before the upcoming elections. He addressed the media on Tuesday at the Velagapudi Secretariat, accompanied by Special Chief Secretary Shashi Bhushan Kumar, Advisor M. Venkateswara Rao, and Engineer-in-Chief (ENC) Narasimha Murthy.
