46 Hospitals in the State for CGHS Medical Care
Union Minister of State Pratap Rao Jadhav stated that measures are being taken to make medical services under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) more accessible in Andhra Pradesh. As part of this initiative, it was announced that a total of 46 healthcare organizations and hospitals have been empanelled in the state. The Union Minister provided this information on Friday in response to a question raised by TDP MP Daggumalla Prasada Rao in the Lok Sabha. It was stated that the highest number of empanelled hospitals are in Visakhapatnam (20), followed by NTR district (11).
