Auto Sector Sees Surge in June
New Delhi: Domestic passenger vehicle sales rose by nearly 25 percent in June, reaching approximately 4 lakh units. Significant growth in sales by Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors (PV division), and Mahindra & Mahindra contributed to this trend. Maruti Suzuki sold a total of 2,00,390 vehicles in June, marking a 19.3 percent increase compared to the same month last year. Tata Motors' total passenger vehicle sales surged by 69 percent in June, climbing from 37,237 to 63,083 units.
