Red Sanders Worth ₹2 Crore Seized in Anantapur
Chittoor Task Force police discovered a stockpile of red sanders logs in Bondalavada village, Narpala Mandal, Anantapur district, on Thursday. Three individuals, including a local jaggery trader named Jayaram, were arrested. Police seized 109 red sanders logs stored near Jayaram's house, estimating their value at ₹2 crore. A car belonging to the accused was also seized.
