Bail for Bandi Bhagirath
Hyderabad: The Medchal Malkajgiri court on Saturday granted interim bail to Bandi Bhagirath, who was arrested in the POCSO case and is a remand prisoner in the Cherlapalli jail. His lawyers filed a petition in the court seeking bail from June 20 to 24 to appear for the engineering semester exams. Metropolitan Sessions Court Judge Tirupati, after hearing the arguments on behalf of the petitioner, issued orders granting interim bail to Bandi Bhagirath.
