BJP Hosts ‘Diwali Milan’ for Diplomats from 50 Countries
At the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters in Delhi, the party’s national leadership hosted a special ‘Diwali Milan Samaroh’ (Diwali gathering) for foreign diplomats. The event was attended by ambassadors and over 90 senior diplomats representing more than 50 countries. Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale, head of the BJP’s Foreign Affairs Department, stated that the primary objective of the event was to showcase Indian culture and its festive traditions to the world, while also strengthening friendships and diplomatic ties with other nations.
