Decision to close ration shops from October 3
Telangana: Ration Dealers Welfare Association President Raju announced that they have decided to close ration shops and protest from October 3 due to non-payment of commission dues. He said that all the dealers are preparing to go on a hunger strike on the 1st and 2nd. He explained that the government should pay Rs. 120 crore as commission for 6 months, Rs. 6 crore as gunny bag money, and Rs. 15 crore for KYC.
