In today's fast-paced life, an alarm clock has become a must-have for waking up early in the morning. However, a recent study has shown that the sound of an alarm increases the risk of heart attack and stroke. This was discovered in an experiment conducted by researcher Kim at the University of Virginia's School of Nursing. It was revealed that the BP increase in those who use an alarm clock was 74% higher than those who wake up normally, and the risk of stroke was higher.
