Food Delivery Platforms Boost Business for Hotels
Hotel businesses are thriving thanks to food delivery platforms. The NCAER FY23-24 report revealed that 59% of owners stated that they are able to reach new customers because of these platforms. "Overall, hotels have seen a 50.4% increase in customers." "52.7% new menu items have been added. The share of revenue for hotels through the platforms has reached 29%. Employment has increased from 1.08 million to 1.37 million," it explained.
