Government delivers good news
The government has given good news to the beneficiaries of TIDCO houses in Andhra Pradesh. It will provide loans to those who are unable to build houses due to financial difficulties in paying their share of the money. It will provide ₹1,423 crore to 39,000 people, at ₹3.65 lakh each. This loan has to be repaid in 15-20 years with an interest rate of 10.2-11.5%. It is known that the government has decided to hand over 2.61 lakh houses to beneficiaries by June of this year.
