Growing demand for office space
Telangana: The office space market in Hyderabad is expanding rapidly. An ICRA report stated that approximately 19 million square feet of new Grade-A office space will become available by the end of the 2026-27 financial year. It revealed that the lease process has already been completed for a quarter of these properties. There is demand from the IT, banking, finance, and insurance sectors. Lease prices are increasing by 3-4% annually.
