Hyderabad: Former BRS minister and MLA Harish Rao has strongly criticized several tenders undertaken by the Congress government. He said that the Ham Road scam that he mentioned during the last assembly sessions has now come true. It was alleged that 22 to 25 percent excess tenders were received in the Panchayat Raj and R&B departments. It was criticized that the cost of tenders worth Rs. 11 thousand crores in the R&B department has increased to about Rs. 15 thousand crores, and that tenders worth Rs. 6 thousand crores in the Panchayat Raj department are reaching Rs. 8 thousand crores.
