House prices in key cities are on the rise!
New Delhi: The purchase prices of houses in major cities of the country are increasing day by day. The company 'Anarac Research' has recently revealed that there has been an increase of 59 between 2021-25. Construction cost also increased by 34%. In addition to the increase in land values, due to the US-Iran war in West Asia, the prices of oil and steel related construction materials are skyrocketing. Anarac said that this has increased the construction cost by an additional 8-10%.
