Huge discount on property tax arrears
Telangana: The government has announced a ‘One Time Scheme’ (OTS) for Hyderabad residents regarding property tax. According to the recently released G.O.Rt.No.869, 90% of the interest on old arrears is being waived. It is sufficient to pay the principal tax amount along with only 10% interest in a single payment. The government order states that this facility applies to private owners and government institutions for the financial year 2025-26.
