Illegal Mining on CBG Plant Land
Amaravati: The High Court responded to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) alleging illegal gravel mining on land allocated for a Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant in Thotapalli village, Eluru district. Notices were issued to the respondents, directing them to file a counter-affidavit with full details regarding the matter, and the hearing was adjourned. A bench comprising Chief Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Challa Gunaranjan issued these orders.
