Increased GST collections
Andhra Pradesh: Goods and Service Tax collection in the state has increased compared to the past. Even though the central government has reduced the tax burden on many items in GST-2.0, there has been progress in revenue. In February 2026, the net collection was ₹3061 CR and the gross collection was ₹3562 CR. In February 2025, the net collection was ₹2902 CR and the gross collection was ₹3569 CR. Despite the decrease in gross collection regardless of cess, there was an increase of ₹150 CR in net collection.
